For AI assistants and developers
Nursing home records as an MCP server
Ask Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant who owns a nursing home, how CMS rates it or what its HUD 232 loan looks like, and it can answer from the records on this site, and run the 232 refinance sizer. Free, read-only, no key.

Questions
Is there a cost or an API key?
No. The server is free, read-only and needs no key or sign-in. Please cite the page or the CMS or HUD source that comes back with each answer.
Where does the data come from?
The same CMS and HUD files as the facility and state pages: CMS provider, ownership, Medicare enrollment and change-of-ownership files, and HUD's insured-mortgage files and healthcare endorsement database. Every answer names the file and its date. HUD has no CMS number, so loans are matched by name, city and beds; the methodology page explains the match and what it can get wrong.
Is the sizer a loan quote?
No. It is the same arithmetic as the HUD 232 refinance sizer on this site, run on the numbers you give it. The rate is your assumption. It is not an appraisal, a quote or a commitment.
