Facility data comes from public CMS and HUD files and is shown with the date of each file. It can be out of date or wrong, and matches between HUD loans and facilities are our own and can be mistaken. Star ratings are CMS's, not ours. SNF Register is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, HUD or FHA.
The sizer and the guides estimate what HUD's published rules allow. They are not a loan offer, a commitment, a rate quote or an approval. An FHA-approved lender and HUD make those decisions. Sending an inquiry is not a loan application.
What you send us
